This was just a good match for a weekend escape in Osaka with good value for price. The staff helped us navigate transportation issues by making calls and translating, which was a lifesaver during a stressful time. Don't skip the onsen. it's a relaxing way to unwind after a long day.

The onsen feature in the basement offers authentic mineral water for a relaxing soak, standing out compared to typical city hotels. The unique twin room design with a bed stacked over another and the in-room microwave add convenience for guests.
Rooms are noticeably small, restricting movement, especially with luggage. The hard mattress may not satisfy western tastes, and the bathroom could use better cleaning, as mold was present. Additionally, strict no-tattoo policies and early breakfast hours seem out of touch with leisure travelers' needs.

My stay in the Standard Double Room was pretty good. The room was clean but definitely small, which made moving around with luggage a bit tricky. I'm really glad there was a great pillow selection and the onsen was a fantastic way to relax after a long day! The bed was okay, but I prefer a softer mattress. I did find a small stain on the duvet, though. Overall, solid experience!

Friendly staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful throughout my stay. The public spaces were inviting, featuring free drinks and a cozy bar area. Unfortunately, the room felt cramped for two guests, and cleanliness could be improved as I encountered some remnants from previous visitors. Breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, making it hard to start the day on a positive note.
